ADR's Tomorrow

Finally! I get to make all of our dining reservations tomorrow for our August trip. Can you believe you have to make reservations 180 days in advance? I really don't mind as long as we get most of our favorites.

Going Back

Yes, it has been forever since I've posted. I'll try to post more before this trip. We're heading back to WDW in August 2010. We plan on staying at the Wilderness Lodge. I can start making our dining reservations in two short weeks. We purchased the Deluxe Dining plan and I'm already making plans on what to order!!!

We're Baaaccckk!

Yes we did go again. We went in June this time and even though it was hot, we had a wonderful time. We visited old favorites and found time to do some new things during our trip. Please feel free to ask any questions you have about Disney and I'll do my best to answer them.

Yes, it's official, we're heading back!

Sorry I haven't posted lately. I've been planning our upcoming vacation back to WDW. We're really excited. We plan on trying a new resort and a few new restaurants.

"Why are you going back to Disney again this year?"

This is the number one question that I get from most people when I tell them that we're planning another vacation to Walt Disney World. It's hard to explain if you're not already a Disney Nut. For us, it's something that our whole family enjoys. We look forward to trying out the different resorts, restaurants, shows, and the new attractions. We have yet to do everything that there is to do while we are there and always leave saying "I wish we would have had time for . . .", simply put there is never enough time to do it all. Of course we do have our favorites and they are on the top of the list along with all of the new stuff. This year my husband went on a fishing excursion. He had a wonderful time and now has added this to his "must do" list when we return. Our daughter tried the "Wonderland Tea Party" at the Grand Floridian Resort and looks forward to doing that again on our next visit.
We do take other vacations through out the year but I have to say that this is the one that gets us excited when it comes to planning. If you're one of the ones that ask "why do you return so often", just try and see if you can get it all done in one visit. For us, it's impossible and also the reason we look forward to returning.

Halloween Movies - Disney Style

This year we're going to miss Mickey's Not So Scarey Halloween Party (MNSSHP) at Walt Disney World. So to keep the Disney spirit alive in our house we plan on watching some of Disney's Halloween movies. (I'm not into all the movies like Friday the 13th or Nightmare on Elm Street.) It's great that we can sit down as a family and enjoy the Disney "scarey" movies together without having to worry about nightmares.

The Haunted Mansion - One of our faves. This is always a must on the airplane when we're flying to WDW.

So pop some popcorn. Turn the lights out and curl up with your family and enjoy the movies.

Disney wants to give you a gift for your birthday in 2009. You may choose to claim free admission for one day to one of their theme parks in either Florida or California.
